How to delete your data
You can ask NEO RENOVATE ENERGY LLP to delete the personal information we hold about you, including WhatsApp messages, transcripts, enquiry details and work items, in either of these ways:
- Email manish@neorenovateenergy.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number or email you used with us.
- WhatsApp: send the message DELETE MY DATA to us from the number you used.
What happens next
- We confirm your request within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
- We delete your records from our automation server and team assistant, and remove you from any WhatsApp update lists.
- We may keep information we are legally required to retain (for example invoices and tax records) until the legal period ends, and we tell you if this applies.
- Messages you sent through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram are also stored by Meta under its own policies; you can delete chats in those apps.
Facebook / Instagram login data
If you connected to any Neo Renovate Energy app with Facebook or Instagram, you can remove it at any time from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, and request deletion of related data using the options above.
