Who we are
This policy explains how NEO RENOVATE ENERGY LLP ("Neo Renovate Energy", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you contact us or work with us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, our website and our internal team assistant. Information we collect
- Contact details you share with us: name, WhatsApp number or phone number, email, company name and city.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, including text, voice notes, documents and photos (for example electricity bills you send for a free bill review).
- Project and enquiry details: site location, connected load, energy usage and other technical information needed to prepare audits, quotations and proposals.
- Team assistant data: for our own staff and partners who use our WhatsApp work assistant, the to-dos, follow-ups, lead updates and notes they send.
- Basic technical data generated when you use our pages, such as message delivery status and timestamps.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, payment card details, bank passwords or government ID numbers on WhatsApp or social media.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for: energy audits, measurement & verification, solar and electrical EPC, HT/substation work, consultancy and NeoEMS monitoring.
- To prepare bill reviews, quotations, proposals and project updates, and to follow up on them.
- To run our internal WhatsApp assistant, which records our team's tasks, follow-ups and lead status and replies to them.
- To send you updates you have opted in to (for example a WhatsApp newsletter). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Automated processing and AI
Messages sent to our WhatsApp assistant are processed automatically: voice notes are transcribed and messages are summarised into work items by an AI service (Google Gemini API). The AI output is used only to organise our work and draft replies; important decisions about projects and quotations are always taken by our people.
Service providers we use
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, Instagram) to send and receive messages and publish our posts.
- Google (Gemini API, Google Workspace) for AI processing, email and documents.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Mumbai, India region) to host our automation server and the records it keeps.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures. Some of them may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements (normally up to 8 years for invoices and contracts). Team assistant work items are kept while they are useful to the business and are deleted on request. Voice notes are kept only in temporary system logs, which are deleted automatically within 14 days; the transcript is kept with the work item.
Your choices and rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for messages, and raise a grievance. Write to manish@neorenovateenergy.com or send DELETE MY DATA to us on WhatsApp. See our data deletion instructions. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Access to our systems is limited to authorised team members, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access keys are stored only in protected system settings. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
